My career spans both sides of the Korea–U.S. corridor — 35 years of U.S. professional experience, including ten years as founding CEO of Hypercom, an IT consulting firm serving the U.S. operations of Samsung Electronics, Samsung Optics, LG Wireless, Daewoo Electronics, Doosan America, and POSCO America.

I've led P&L ownership, mergers, and cross-border execution at the C-suite level, serving throughout as a bilingual (English/Korean) bridge between Korean leadership and American stakeholders. Alongside the corporate track, I planted and led congregations in New York, coached leaders on organizational development and cultural change for two decades, and earned a D.Min. at Drew University (Robert Duncan Jr. Innovation Prize).

Today I'm hands-on building two AI-powered SaaS products — Adaptive Ministry Lab and aiMargin Generator — on Next.js, Supabase, and AWS Bedrock, launching August 2026. The work grew out of my book, Dancing in the Wind: An Adaptive Leadership Framework in the Age of AI.

Four careers taught me to read the wind. Now I build with it. And I dance in the wind.
